I qualified as a clinical psychologist from Southampton University in 2013. I have worked in a number of different services throughout my training, and since qualifying. Therefore I have experience in supporting individuals with a number of different psychological difficulties.
I joined the Spires Cleft service in 2018. I enjoy offering support to both children and adults accessing the service and always aim to tailor input to meet the specific needs of the individual. I also provide preventative information and interventions and offer support in both clinic settings and on a 1;1 outpatient basis.
Given the large geographical area we cover, I adopt a flexible working approach and am happy to offer certain interventions over the telephone to increase accessibility. I have a particular interest in orthognathic surgery and, since starting my role, I have focused on developing this pathway alongside my colleagues.
