Charlotte Mustoe

After qualifying from the University of Central England in Birmingham, I worked for 14½ years as a community paediatric speech and language therapist. My role included supporting children age 0-18 years with speech, language and communication needs – including speech and language delay and disorders, dysfluency/stammering and social communication difficulties. My specific areas of interest have been in supporting and developing communication skills of pre-school age children with complex needs and also children with speech and language disorders.

I have a passion for joint working with families to enable their children to reach their potential, but also enjoy working with the wider team (such as pre-school/school staff) in order to offer demonstration and training so that adults feel empowered to understand and support communication as part of their daily activities.
